"Jeff/ Jan looked on your web site for a comments section to put our name down there and thanking you for the hospitality and warmth we received during our approx 5 months stay at the cottages, very comfortable and certainly 5 star, quiet and with easy access to the small town of Yarm which has corrector and further afield to the larger towns all very commutable.

We have found as well in the area plenty of restraints and good food in the local pubs not to take the excellent facilities for cooking provided in the cottage.

Kendra and I thought the cottages to be the best stay in Yarm, in my opinion the greater Cleavland. They are just a stones throw away from High st, which has many great places to dine or grab a drink.
All the cottages( we have stayed in all of them except one), had there own home away from home qualities and character. Very comfortable furnishings, quality bedding and wondrous gardens to reflect in and admire.
Geoff and Jan where there to greet us on arrival and to answer my many questions on the sites of the North East. We will definitely be staying at Yarm Cottages on next visit.

\"For someone in Teesside on business for a few days or weeks, the cottages are a great alternative to staying in a hotel in Stockton or Middlesbrough. Yarm is a beautiful village and one with a great High Street with everything you\'d ever need.
